As an owner’s representative for Wynn Design and Development for 7 years, I often sought out the talent within the sub-contractor assigned to do a job for one of our GCs. It was very apparent I had found it with Chris; I was introduced to him as the PM to execute over one million square feet of finishes in the podium. These finishes were mostly bespoke installations, including a very valuable type of wall cover from Ankasa.
