Every successful project starts with a thoughtful plan. Our team will meet with you to understand your vision, evaluate your goals, and provide expert guidance on the best path forward for your home.
On-Site Consultation + Detailed Proposal
Chris, our CSL holder, and Stephanie, owner of JMM Construction Corp., will meet with you on-site to review your project, discuss your goals, evaluate existing conditions, and answer questions. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a preliminary budget range to help determine the right path forward and whether the project aligns with your expectations and investment goals.
Consultation Fee: $750
Optional Add-On
Architect Consultation
Includes everything in our On-Site Consultation + Detailed Proposal, plus an architect will join the on-site consultation to review your project goals, evaluate design feasibility, discuss potential layout or structural considerations, and provide guidance on the architectural needs and next steps.
Additional Fee: $500
Optional Add-On:
Interior Design Consultation
Includes everything our On-Site Consultation + Detailed Proposal, plus an interior designer will join the on-site consultation to discuss your vision, review space planning opportunities, and provide guidance on finishes, materials, selections, and overall design direction.
Additional Fee: $500
Should you choose to move forward with JMM Construction Corp., your consultation fee will be credited toward your signed construction contract.
